Why visit
Orlando?

Orlando is simply the world's theme park capital — Walt Disney World alone covers 100 square miles and contains four major parks. Universal Studios Florida, Epic Universe (opened 2025) and SeaWorld Orlando add to a destination that requires multiple visits to fully experience.

Beyond the parks, Orlando offers world-class dining, Florida sunshine and the Kennedy Space Center — one of the most inspiring attractions in the USA. A city that rewards both families and adults traveling without children.

When to Visit Orlando & How to Get Around

Best Time to Visit

January–April is the sweet spot: mild temperatures (22–27°C), lower hotel rates and thinner crowds than summer. School holiday weeks in February and March are exceptions.

September–October is the local favourite: summer heat fades, crowds thin dramatically after Labor Day and hotels offer excellent rates.

June–August is peak family season: hot (32–35°C), humid, with afternoon thunderstorms and maximum crowds. The parks have extended hours but queues can reach 2+ hours for major rides.

Getting Around Orlando

Car rental is the most practical option — Orlando is a sprawling city and the major parks are spread across a large area. Budget $30–50/day including parking.

Uber/Lyft work well for airport transfers and intra-city trips. Most major hotels offer direct shuttle services to Disney and Universal.

Disney's Magical Express (now replaced by Mears Connect) transfers guests directly from MCO Airport to Walt Disney World hotels.
